I wasn?t going to leave this review, but it?s been on my mind for 3 days now and I just want to prevent someone else from having the same experience I did. I?ve only left one bad review in my life and this will be my second. I had an appointment scheduled at 7:30am to fix a brake light and some lights on the front of my car and get an inspection. I chose this place because they specifically state on their website that they can fix this type of thing. I get there at 7:30 and waited for about an hour for them to come back and tell me which lights needs to be replaced (which is fine), but then they proceed to tell me I have to change 2 tires otherwise they?re going to fail my inspection. After mentioning I just had the two tires they were talking about replaced a month ago, they said ?actually it?s the back 2 tires, not front?. The man proceeded to try to show me what was wrong with the tires, and he couldn?t even find it himself. The quote was $400+ with tires included. I proceeded to tell him I don?t need the tires, and he told me they?re gonna fail my inspection if I don?t change them. I still didn?t agree and said I just wanted the lights changed. After waiting another hour, the mechanic pulls my car to the front, walks in and raises his voice with a very nasty attitude and says ?I can?t fix it, it?s a wiring issue? and then walks away. I go back up to the front the gentleman said sorry we can?t fix it. So basically I waited 2 hours for them to tell me they cannot fix the lights, which wouldn?t have been so much of an issue if they would?ve told me that the first time after telling me I needed lights and tires. I?m not sure if they were upset because I wasn?t getting new tires or what, but don?t take your car to get inspected here. They?ll try to tell you that you need new tires and fail your inspection if you don?t do it. Hopefully no one else has this type of experience.....
