As a long time customer of this Mr. Tire location, I will be taking my business elsewhere from now on out. Over the past four years I have gone to this location for routine oil changes and was charged no more than $75 before tax each time. I have been to this location for an oil change at least on 10 separate occasions. For reference, my vehicle holds six quarts of synthetic oil. Today I walked in for an oil change and the woman at the front told me it would be $150. I was confused, as this is over double the amount that I have paid in the past. She brings in another employee to clarify the amount and he agrees with her, and says that I have paid this same amount in the past. I have receipts that prove otherwise and confirm that I have never paid more than 78 dollars after tax. No matter what vehicle you have, $150 for an oil change is completely absurd. Especially for one that takes synthetic and only holds six quarts. It is absolutely insane they are trying to charge this much. It?s insulting to think your customers would be stupid enough to fall for such a scam. If you are looking for a reputable auto shop in the area, I cannot recommend SRS auto enough. I would have gone to them today if they weren?t booked out for weeks.....

For starters, if I could give a zero star review If I could. My 22 year old daughter took her jeep here to get inspected. They said her 2 year old tires where below tread and dry rotted. They failed the inspection for this. I drove up asked him to explain this to me, he stuck with they were dry rotted at 2 years old. Then he just walked away, refused to continue the conversation and just walked away. I left went to Take 5 and they passed it said they were twice the legal limit from falling. They also told me at Take 5 they passed a guy the day before that had same experience at Me. tire. So I would steer clear of this place. Just saying....
