The manager pheonix was nice enough on the phone, however he fell through on the timeline to do a simple tire replacement. he waited until the end of the day to admit he couldnt even get it started because he somehow tripped the immobilizer, and he didnt know how it worked. so the next day i left work on early lunch to go sort it out for him. once i arrived at the mechanics shop, they brought me the keys and walked me out to the vehicle. i was slightly concerned because they didnt ask for id, and even if they had it was my girlfriends car, and they didnt verify anything with her. i popped the hood to drain the battery and perform a factory reset on the jaguar when pheonix came out, and his nice guy facade was gone. he began making wild accusations claiming i stole the car, that i wasnt qualified to reset the system and that he would call the police if i didnt vacate immediately. for the record, i am a former machinist mate and a veteran of the us navy.....

We sent a vehicle we recently aquired here for a routine tire change. My senior sales associate, who happens to be female, handled the business with this company. for the repair of a single tire they quoted her a $350 bill. the price seemed highly unreasonable to me, and once they were on the phone with a male they immediately reduce the price to $250.00. however afterwards they failed to complete the repair in a timely fashion and after a day and a half i visted them on my lunch break only to find they had done absolutely nothing to my vehicle. I had no choice but to have the vehicle towed to another mechanic who can actually complete a work order on a reasonable time frame. Dilont waste your time and money like i did.....
