I would run from the hills if you are a woman trying to go to get a tire from this place. And please feel free to read through the comments. There is a serious problem with this location and they respect towards women.I spoke to the store manager Phoenix, who was super rude when I walked in. There was no hello good morning did not even introduce themselves when I asked with their name was. Meanwhile, right after me, a man walked in, and Phoenix jumped right up to go, shake his hand and introduce himself to the male customer and actually started assisting the mail customer while I was waiting there at the counter and had arrived five minutes before beforehand. What I actually had gone to Mr. tire for was I needed a singular tire Phoenix informed me he was not going to sell me a single tire and my only option was to spend $700 to replace every single one of my tires and I had just bought this car in December 2025. I bought the car brand new. I politely explained that to Phoenix that there is no way I would ever need to replace all four tires and I don?t drive crazy distances I live and work in Nashville so I?m not driving you know two different states or any even an hour on a daily basis. There is absolutely no need for me to purchase four brand new tires. I asked Phoenix if he could please just sell me the one tire and he refused. I said well I?m going to go down the road to another place and he said I don?t care. I?m not sure why a company is employing someone who is not only singling out and treating women horribly, but someone who is also turning away profit and sales directly from the company. On the other hand, if you need a great recommendation as a woman or just someone who likes to be considered a person, I could not recommend enough fire Stone on Patton Avenue. They are five minutes away. The minute I walked in I was greeted very warmly. my sales rep John introduced himself was so kind to me. I was out in 45 minutes paid $219 for the one tire that I needed. They were so kind so friendly and just so honest that I recommended my friends go there and I will continue to go to Firestone for probably the rest of the time that I?m living in Asheville I cannot recommend Firestone enough so if you need a tire or literally anything done to your car, screw this place and go to Firestone instead you?ll have a way better experience and a way better price.....Read More
