For ease, timing, and close location, I made an appointment on 8/17 at 12p for a battery light on the dash. When I arrived, I was told it'd be 2-3 hours before even getting my car into the bay, so I had to reschedule to the next morning. When I dropped the car off first thing on 8/18, I was told it would be one of the first jobs, but the car wasn't done until 4:30-5p. When I picked up the car, I was told 2 fuses were mixed up and that the battery light was not coming on anymore, and the alternator health was perfectly fine. The next morning, 8/19, not even 12 hours after release, the battery light came back on and the car broke down. After being towed to a trusted mechanic, they found the alternator and batter had died. I called the store and was refused a refund, being told I should have come back to their location, but there was no way I would ever trust this company ever again after being so terribly misdiagnosed.....

The staff tried to keep me updated about the status of my service; however, the information was often misleading. For example, different staff members told me that the work would be done soon several times over the course of three hours. While my tire was eventually replaced, the wait time was exceedingly long. It took two hours to diagnose the problem (screw in wheel) and three and a half hours for the repair. (In the past, I have had multiple tires replaced and aligned within two hours at the same shop.) Furthermore, the problem was not fully resolved as new indicator lights for tire pressure appeared after my visit. As a result, I will still need to have my vehicle serviced. Given my experience, these repairs will be done elsewhere.....
