I arrived for a 3p appointment on Sunday 8/6/2026 only to be told I?d missed a call cancelling the appt and there were no techs available. The employee at the counter had a flat affect and dismissive attitude, didn?t greet me or offer any apology for the inconvenience. He offered times for me to return the next day, which was Labor Day, and I chose 7:30am. I asked if he could at least check my tire pressure?his flat reply was there was no one who could do that. At a Mr. Tire you?d think he could have done this himself. I arrived at the appointed time on 8/7 and waited in the parking lot for 1/2 hour (with another customer who was given a 7:30a appointment as well) before the same employee arrived a little after 8am. He didn?t acknowledge us, greet us, or invite us to come in. When we asked about the 7:30a appt time he dismissed both of us and said the opening time was 8a because of the holiday. He refused to acknowledge he?d given me 7:30a as my appointment time. Again he was sullen, defensive, and couldn?t bring himself to extend an apology to myself or the other customer. This employee is a very poor representative and in great need of retraining. I won?t use this Mr. Tire location again.....

The guy working here was sullen and unfriendly, and he overfilled my tire. I felt bad because he was the only one working and he seemed stressed. Still, the service I received was not great.
