To Whom It May Concern, I am writing to formally express my dissatisfaction with the service I received at your location after bringing in my Lexus for a full set of new tires. Since the service was completed, my vehicle?s TPMS (Tire Pressure Monitoring System) has not functioned properly. The warning light continues to flash despite driving the vehicle for over 100 miles, as instructed by your staff. Each time I have contacted Mr. Tire for assistance, I have been routed between a call center and the shop, with no clear or consistent guidance. The repeated suggestion to ?just drive the car? has not resolved the issue, and it has become clear that the underlying problem has not been properly diagnosed or addressed. Before the tire replacement, my TPMS system worked without issue. After the service, it no longer functions. This strongly suggests that the problem occurred during the installation process, whether due to sensor damage, improper programming, or failure to complete the required TPMS relearn procedure. I am requesting the following: 1. A full inspection of all four TPMS sensors using proper diagnostic tools 2. Verification that each sensor is functioning and correctly registered to my vehicle 3. Repair or replacement of any sensor that was damaged or improperly handled during service 4. Resolution of this issue at no additional cost to me I value prompt, professional service, and I hope this matter can be resolved quickly and without further inconvenience. Please contact me directly to schedule an appointment with a qualified technician who can address this issue properly. Thank you for your attention to this matter. Had very bad experience at location with store manager very rude also the problem with my vehicle they did fix but broke the tail gate to my truck when ask the general manager he denied it and im stated to me you tell me how it got broken he gave me the number to the corporate office to complain but provided the wrong number when I finally got I touch with corporate office I left a voice mail and have not received a response....
