Absolutely the very best customer service I have had in years. Long haired guy w ted white n blue stripes was very nice and found my reservation. Then when I came back to pick up my car. Christy went over any beyond to assist every customer with an inspection called 2 other locations until she solved the customers needs. Really refreshing to see such wonderful customer service left in this world. Thank you so much.....

Ironically I picked this particular MT in the Frederick area because it had the best reviews. If you make an appt online or by choosing to on phone you will get a call center who will get you scheduled. Only problem is they don?t actually communicate with the shop itself so you get ?rescheduled ? once you speak with them directly. Long story short we had a 10am appt to put two new tires on, nothing else. Again 10am appt. Two tires. Car was done at 315. Wife was treated rudely for calling at 1pm to ask when it will be done. 5+ hours shop time for two tires. Don?t waste your time with this shop, appts mean nothing to them. Customer service jobs are difficult. Don?t take them if you can?t treat people well.....
