Long time customer, was, a long time customer. Stopped by yesterday and witnessed three things that kill a business: poor customer service; poor management; and an experience that provides more reasons to leave than to stay. In fact, thank you for your outstanding recommendation to drive across the street to NTB Tire to purchase my 4 brand new continental lx tires. After no less than 15 years at Mr. Tire, it was a good run then, but beware of front end counter people having to run to the techs for answers. I went outside and stood near the garage door to listen to language and comments about customers (including myself) that simply left me speechless. On the other hand, clean, uniformed, and great customer attention across the street at NTB. SAVE YOURSELF THE MONEY AND AGGRAVATION AT MR TIRE. GO ACROSS THE STREET TO NTB! You won?t regret it.....

Beware of overcharging. Ordered 4 tires from TireRack had them delivered here. Checked in, dude tried to charge me $200 for tire stems that had no issues. Told him no thanks. After 2 hours he informs me the lug nuts are swollen and he didn?t want to take the chance of breaking something. Took my car to another tire shop in town, no issues. All 4 tires replaced, no attempts to charge for pointless add ons. job complete in 1.5 hours. Won?t ever waste my time going to Mr. Tire again.....
