Brought my car to this location and had the worst experience possible . Brought it in for a tire because I had a nail in it and was taking a gamble with every ride until I could get it serviced . I called in and a lady answered that directed me to another lady who is a service writer at this location . I asked about a tire replacement and she told me my car only takes one type of tire and size for the EV I have . Me being new to owning an EV I believed her but I wanted to clarify so I asked by the end of scheduling that what she is telling me is I only have one very expensive option ?! she said yes or they could not replace it at all and it would have to be ordered . Come to find out she was lying and sold me the MOST expensive tire possible which ran me 430.00 dollars without road hazard coverage for just 1 tire . Highly pissed off and do not recommend these people solely based on her service alone . She clearly cares more about lining her pockets and is willing to lie about what can and can't be done to do so. And to make matters worse I called back to speak with management , left my name and number and got no call back as it's been over a week ago.....

Mr. Tire is the worst possible place to go. They lack any expertise in tires or vehicles. Managers are ill trained, corporate will stone wall you into asking for same documents over and over again till you fall out of the warranty period. There is a reason there is high turn over at Mr. Tire. The District manager is equally incompetent. This is the Jiffylube of tire industry.
