I had an appointment for 8:30 am. I dropped my car off the night before so it could be started on time. I was getting four new tires which arrived at the store two days before my appointment. Additionally the tires I bought came with free alignment and oil change. When I called the office on the day of my appointment at 10:30 to check on things they hadn?t started my work let alone knew if my keys were there from the nighttime drop. My car was not finished until 3 pm!!! It should not take 5.5 hours to do this work. I was told that a technician called out. They did take 10% off due to the wait which was very nice and the right thing to do. (By the way, this happened the last time I came for new tires as well as I am a regular and returning customer. That time, I sat in the disgusting waiting room for two hours before someone came in to tell me they hadn?t even started and that I could continue to wait or reschedule. ). Additionally all of my tire pressure monitors worked fine before I dropped it off and now one is not working which came on my dash within minutes of leaving the shop. Due to the unexpected longevity of getting the work done that day, I could not immediately return to the shop. I already missed the appointment at my mother?s nursing home and I needed to visit my elderly dad at another rehab place before leaving for a week trip to Massachusetts. I returned to the shop after my trip and was told that it was probably already not working. Im calling BS on this because my old tires were not flat or damaged - this is not a coincidence. The person at the desk (his last day) said I could make an appointment for the next day. Clearly I would not be doing that nor will I be returning as a customer.....
