I usually don?t like to write negative reviews. However, this shop has recently shaped two very frustrating experiences for me. To start off, I heard a scraping sound from the front of my car. I thought it may have been my rotors that needed to be replaced. The 1st time I came, I waited to speak the rep I had made the appt with. I then was informed that person had quit minutes ago. I waited patiently for for about 45 mins before services by the tech, Brandon, who was very patient with me and helped me with my rotor issue. (This was after many intense discussions between the workers discussing other coworkers who had quit) I was told I needed to have my rotors replaced. The 2nd time I came, I was helped by Mike, the new manager as well as Brandon for my rotors. Thinking the problem was solved, I had left happily for with my car. However, the clinking sound continued. I then brought the car back to Mr Tire, trying to get clarification. I was then informed by Mile that it was an engine problem. Frustrated, I took my car for the 4th time to a different mechanic, who in forms me that ?any mechanic worth their salt would have informed me that the cars engine was busted and that I needed to stop driving it?. He then chuckled at the fact I had changed my rotors two weeks before. I then had to sell my car promptly with the new rotors literally replace weeks ago. This was hundred of dollars down the drain. I understand a business needs to make money. However, I felt it?s also a business? job to build positive relationships with its customers and share info. These transactions with this Mr Tire felt like my money was spent for no good reason for no good end. I was left without hundreds of dollars, lots of time spent, and no car. This experience has taught me to really consider taking classes in basic auto maintenance to avoid again being taken advantage in the future.....
