Tire repair/patch. Staff was friendly and fast. I was out of town and had a nail in my tire. Unfortunately, the person stripped my lug nut, the patch appeared to be placed in the wrong place as the tire still leaked and once the tire was removed by my mechanic it was determined that the patch was not applied properly. I was confident in the service I would receive at the time of my visit, but very disappointed when my tire was flat again and had to have it properly taken care of the next day. I was told that the improper installation of the patch could have led to a blow out of my tire putting me and others at significant risk.....

My mother got a nail in her tire while on a trip this past weekend and stopped at this location to get a flat repair. I am honestly not sure how she made it home. Not only did the completely inept person who serviced her vehicle destroy her lug nuts but they also apparently had no idea how to patch a tire. Her tpms light came on half way home on her 3 hour drive. I'm a mechanic so I had her come to my shop when she got back in town. I had to use an extractor to remove her rounded and damaged lug nuts. I got the tire off and removed it from the wheel to find out the patch was absolutely botched. The area wasn't prepped, the patch wasn't glued they hadn't even bothered to remove the plastic backer that you take off before glue over the patch. I literally picked the patch up out of the inside of her tire as it was just lying there. A piece of electrical tape over the hole would have been more efficient. Tires are one of the first things you learn and I figured a tire shop wouldn't be able to screw up a simple flat repair this bad. It's fixed now. The only reason I gave them 2 stars is because when I called and spoke to someone about it she very apologetic and seemed sincere in handling the situation on her end. I was going to leave a review but after thinking about it I felt it was necessary to state this could have been much worse for someone traveling a long distance and ending up stranded or worse in the middle of nowhere. I'm including pictures of the unprepared, unwanted, and unglued interior of the tire as well as their patch with the plastic that should have been removed when they did the patch. Also of what the lug nuts I replaced looked like after they mangled them.....
