Was driving home from vacation up north and caught a flat due to my alignment being off. The gentleman at the front desk was very helpful and professional. I was told I needed an alignment but I explained to him that I just wanted to be able to get home. There was no hassle or pressure to get any work done. The repair for the tire was done fairly quickly. When the tire was repaired, I got in my vehicle and noticed the wheel lock wasn?t placed back in the glove box. I had to turn around and go retrieve it. I don?t believe this was done maliciously but it was a bit of an annoyance. Upon leaving Mr. Tire, I noticed there was no tire valve cap. Luckily I had one and put it on myself, although I shouldn?t have had to. This was April 18, fast forward to the following Friday when I got my alignment, I was told that the front tire that was just replaced was a different size than the other 3 tires. Now I?m forced to get new tires when they aren?t necessarily needed due to this oversight. I reached out to customer service via the website and have yet to hear anything back, it?s been about a week and a half almost two weeks now. I have a Mr. Tire in the city where I live and figured I would go there to get tires seeing how close they are to me but after this experience I will be going elsewhere.....

DO NOT GO!!! CHECK YOUR INVOICES AND MAKE SURE YOU DONT GET CHARGED IN LABOR FOR TASKS THAT WERE JUST RE WORDED. Kyle the manager of this not so lovely tire shop will swindle any uneducated car people into paying an arm and a leg for basic services just be careful.
