Staff was very pleasant. They kept me updated on the progress. I brought the vehicle in for a leaking brake line. Unfortunately, it became a huge issue. They could not remove the brake caliper bleed, so they tried to easy out it, and that did not work. Had to replace the caliper. Often the bleed will come out with a little heat. Then they had another leaking brake line. After 3 days they called and said brakes were so worn down they could not get it to work. They were very kind, I do my tires, oil changes there almost always. They did stand behind the problem, that is why I still recommend the shop, and the kind employees. I did get the brakes working on my own, as the pedal went to the floor when I picked it up. I also think they might have accidentally knocked off a plug wire as now I have a miss, but I will look at it Monday.....Read More

First time an oil change. Actually they did ok on that. Next time I had my own tire and needed it a tire dismounted and my tire mounted and put on vehicle. Also had a tire with slow leak on passenger front. The leak was identified but because there as a plug in tire, claimed it couldn?t be repaired so put tire back on vehicle. I paid and left garage only to observe a terrible issue at the passenger side front. I pulled off road and. Discovered that apparently the lug nuts were started on by the fingers and were barely on the studs. It so happened a friend observed my plight and stopped and had a 4way wrench and tightened the nuts. I returned to the garage and personnel came out and torqued the nuts. Also, both appointments were called for, a time and date were scheduled and a text confirmation was received.
