I was at the Vineland NJ location and unfortunately I had one of the worst experiences. I noticed a change in my bill from prior visits and attempted to obtain clarification. The manager was dismissive and rude. My vehicle was in the back and I was so so nervous because the manager was not happy with me. I asked for the corporate number and he told me that he didn?t have it and that I needed to google it. I left paying the total bill because I wanted my vehicle. I was definitely concerned that I would experience retaliation because the manager wasn?t happy. Well 12 days later my tire goes flat after a slow leak. The tire is taken off by a shop and I have a mechanic screw in my tire that was 100% placed in from underneath the vehicle. The screw stuck out my tire from the bottom up. I could see the inside of the tire where it was pushed through. My tire were Bridgestone tires and I bought the truck new so the tires were not old. I have never had work on the truck because it was new. I had to buy a new tire. The disappointing part was I even filled out a survey and no one has even called. I called cooperate and I am not confident that this would be resolved. I hope this person doesn?t do this thing to anyone else. I will never return to Mr. Tire. It?s sad I have been going there for years and this is the first time I have ever experienced this. I actually called customer service and they basically told me that I had no proof that my car was damaged there. The customer service director didn?t even have the common curiosity to call and discuss what took place. I?m not okay with how my complaint is being handled.....
