I was given a 7:30 AM appointment on 4/13. I arrived at7:15. At 7:45 there was still no one there to open the store. Two other gentlemen customers arrived after I did. By 8:15 the mechanic arrived. He first went to talk to both of the gentleman customers. By 8:25 he approached my car and stated that he would not be fixing my brakes and replacing my Serpentine belt. He stated that he didn?t know where the manager was so he could take care of my repairs. I expressed to him that I was fearful to drive my car. He told me to call back around 12PM. I called back he told me to bring my car in for the brake replacement. When I got there he didn?t have any of the brake parts. I had to go get them from Auto Zone in order for him to do the repair. I still needed to have the Serpentine belt replaced but made another appointment elsewhere. When that mechanic went to replace the belt he said there was nothing wrong with the belt that was on the car. I have this in writing from Mr. Tire. I was going to be charged for work that didn?t need to be done. Also there were people coming in having work done that would have work done and the mechanic put the money in his pocket. I had already made other arrangements to have the Serpentine belt replaced at another shop after I was told that Mr. Tire mechanic could not do the work. When the auto repair shop looked at the Serpentine belt he said there was nothing wrong with it. It was not worn at all. I don?t know why I was told that it was frayed. I have the written repair estimate for the belt. Also they were going to overcharge me for labor.....

Oil change, and tire rotation. This was a reschedule, as the shop was understaffed and unable to keep the previous appointment I?d made. On this visit, they forgot the sticker I normally get in the windshield..
