I recently visited this service center for oil changes on two of my cars. Initially, I was willing to overlook the higher-than-average pricing, expecting it would ensure top-notch service. Unfortunately, my experience fell short of these expectations. After the service, I discovered a concerning oversight: one of my cars had no new oil added at all. This discovery was made only after I decided to personally check the oil levels at home. Upon returning for an explanation, the technicians remedied this by adding oil, but the initial neglect raises serious concerns about their attention to detail. Additionally, the second car's oil appeared to be unclean. When I addressed this issue, the staff suggested that it was due to an old oil cartridge, which was surprising and unsatisfactory, given the fresh oil change service I was charged for. Overall, the lack of diligence and responsibility demonstrated in these instances, coupled with a lack of empathy from the staff, was disappointing and alarming. It leads me to question the integrity of their service, especially considering the premium price paid.....
